The series consists of weekly group instruction and rides. Each week a different set of skills will be covered. Completion of the program will develop the rider’s ability and confidence to successfully ride local trails. The first class (Sat. April 14) will be at Alto/Bicentennial Park. All other classes will be at La Tierra Trails (*Apr. 28 ride will be at another trail). This allows participants to learn & practice the skills covered on an actual trail. No off-road experience is necessary. The classes are instruction oriented where techniques are demonstrated and explained in detail; all participants will then attempt and re-attempt the techniques to optimize individual skill levels.
